We share our prices upfront and confirm them before every visit, so you know exactly what you are paying for.

1. No refunds

All services, including festive packages, are non-refundable once provided. Payments made to Riddhi Beauty Studio are final.

2. Cancellations and rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as early as possible on WhatsApp or by phone. If we need to cancel your appointment, we will offer you another convenient time.

3. Concerns about a service

If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us within 24 hours with the details. We will review your concern and do our best to resolve it.

4. Your rights

This policy does not affect your rights under applicable law.
