Terms of Service

These terms apply to all services booked with Riddhi Beauty Studio. By booking a service or using this website, you agree to them.

1. Our services

We provide beauty services at your home, exclusively for women, across North Ahmedabad and nearby Gandhinagar. Services are subject to availability and your location.

2. Bookings

  • Book on WhatsApp or by phone with your services, address and preferred time.
  • Your appointment is confirmed only after we confirm the date and time with you.
  • Services for anyone under 18 must be booked by a parent or guardian.

3. Prices and payment

  • Prices are as listed on our website at the time of booking and may change without notice.
  • Hair spa and full-length hair colour prices depend on hair length and are confirmed before your visit.
  • Payment is due on completion of the service, unless agreed otherwise at the time of booking.

4. Cancellations and rescheduling

  • Please let us know as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
  • If we are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, we will inform you and offer another time.

5. Before your appointment

  • Keep a clean space with good light and a power socket nearby.
  • Tell us about any allergies, skin or medical conditions, or pregnancy before we begin.
  • Hair colour and mehndi are applied using your own product.
  • Our professionals may decline or stop a service if it is unsafe to continue or if they are treated disrespectfully.

6. Results and liability

We use trusted professional products and take care with every service, but results vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for reactions or issues arising from conditions not disclosed to us or from products you provide. Our liability for any service is limited to the amount paid for that service.

7. Refunds and privacy

All payments are non-refundable. Please read our Refund Policy. Your personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page applies to your booking. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat have jurisdiction.
